Skaters Make Pigs Bacon was made by me of coarse. I was walking around places like New York, Atlantic City, and Cherry Hill (New Jersey) and there were these sick-nasty places to shred up on a skateboard. I mean it was like a skater's haven. I know anyone who knew what they were doing would love it. Well it got me mad because I always saw these no skateboarding signs. Then I saw at each place kids rebelling against the man and ripping it up there. That made me think...well from the thoughts come Skaters Make Pigs Bacon. The name took some time, but with my friend Fielding helping me, without visual inspiration from this, he came up with the saying Skaters Make Pigs Bacon. It fit and I love it and love this piece.
